For your information, MFC will be coordinating participation of local furniture manufacturers to the WOFX - World Furniture Expo in India from November 28-30, 2023.
The furniture export value to India as of 2022 is RM 431.9 million where despite being lower than the preceding years due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the participation of the 2023 WOFX- World Furniture Expo will bring a lot of optimism and recovered much ground for the Malaysian Furniture Industry.
The organiser has offered each exhibitor a booth size with 30 sqm at the Malaysian Pavilion with competitive package included the 5 cubic meter sea freight to India and 5 nights accommodation. Participating companies will receive a promotional booth, advertising, and marketing (entitled claim under MATRADE MDG Grant up to RM25,000 per company).
Note: MFC target is to bring 10 companies to participate in WOFX- World Furniture Expo 2023.
Interested participants can register with MFC Secretariat by June 2, 2023 (Friday) by filing and submitting the application form provided together with this letter.
Kindly take note that a Steering Committee will be formed to evaluate your respective applications prior to deciding on the most suitable applicants for the business trip. The decision of the Steering Committee is strictly final, and any form of appeal whatsoever will not be entertained.

诚致全体 MFC 会员：
谨此通知，马来西亚家具总会将带领马来西亚家具业者参加 2023 年 11 月 28 日至 30 日 在印度孟买举行的WOFX 家具博览会。
截至 2022 年，马来西亚出口到印度的家具出口总值为马币 4.319 亿令吉，尽管整体表现因为 Covid-19 疫情有所缓慢，所以期许参加 2023 WOFX 家具博览会能为马来西亚家具企业带来新商机。
主办方将特设 “马来西亚馆” ，为每位参展商提供了一个 30 平方米的展位。同时提供具有竞争力的配套，包括 5 立方米到印度的海运费及5个晚上的住宿。参与公司将获得促销展位、广告和营销（依据 MATRADE MDG 补助金，每家公司可获得高达马币 25,000 的津贴）
注意：MFC 的目标是带领 10 家企业参加 WOFX 家具博览会。
