Dear esteemed MFC GC members,
For your information, MTC will be organising a Timber Pavilion at the ARCHIDEX Exhibition 2023, held from July 26 – 29, 2023 at KLCC. In this regard it has invited timber companies whom are interested to participate to submit their application to MTC.
The participation fee for renting up to 7 sqm exhibition space as well as constructing an exhibition space up to 7 sqm per company is RM 9,905.
There is also a financial incentive provided by MTC which can be viewed in the attachment provided.
In general, the main criteria for applicants are:
1) Members of one of the six timber associations (MFC, MWMJC, TEAM, MWIA, MPMA & PEKA)
2) Registered and based in Peninsula Malaysia
3) The applicant company is a manufacturer and priority shall be given to first timer with SME status
4) Products timber content of the completed product must be at least 70% timber material.
Interested applicants are to submit the application form (https://mtc.com.my/MTCARCHIDEX2023) , alongside the necessary supporting documents and participation fee to MTC latest by March 24, 2023 (Friday).

受邀参与马来西亚木材理事会 ARCHIDEX Expo 2023 展馆
诚致全体 MFC 理事：
谨此通知，马来西亚木材理事会将在 2023 年 7 月 26 日至 29 日於 KLCC 会展中心举办的 ARCHIDEX 2023 展会上设立一个木材展馆。因此，邀请有兴趣参与的木材公司向 MTC 提交申请。
每家公司的摆设展位最多为 7sqm，收费为 RM 9,905。
马来西亚木材理事会将会提供奖掖津贴，详情可查阅附件。
申请条规为：
1) 六个木材协会之一的成员（MFC、MWMJC、TEAM、MWIA、MPMA 和 PEKA）
2) 公司在马来西亚半岛注册并操作
3) 申请公司须为制造商，优先考虑中小企业者
4) 成品的木材含量，至少含有 70% 的木材质料。
有兴趣参与者须在 2023 年 3 月 24 日（星期五）前 向 MTC 提交申请表（https://mtc.com.my/MTCARCHIDEX2023），同时附上所需文件和参与费用。
